Orders
Once your initial order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your purchase details. You may check your order status at any time by logging in to your account.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase please contact:
Tracking
Your tracking number for your order will be sent to your e-mail once your item is ready for shipping.
Delivery
If your ordered item is in stock, your package will be shipped out immediately and shipped to you within 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.
An e-mail with the estimated delivery date of your purchase will be sent to you shortly after your order has been processed.
You may check the status of your order and track your package on your account.

Standard Delivery: Your order will be dispatched and delivered within 3-7 working days.
Same Day Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 24 hours on working days if the order is placed before noon local time. Orders placed after noon will be delivered the next day.
Sales Taxes
Sales taxes will not be applicable on countries other than Canada.
Canadian sales taxes are added automatically to your cart upon checkout depending on your province.
Sales taxes for orders within Canada:
Quebec: 5% GST and 9.5% PST or 14.975% total sales tax.
Nova Scotia: 15% HST
British Columbia: 5% GST
Ontario, Labrador, Newfoundland and New Brunswick: 13% HST
Prince Edward Island: 14% HST
Rest of Canada: 5% GST

Shipping
Free shipping within the U.S and Canada.
International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping for all products. International shipping costs can be calculated upon check-out using the shipping-rate calculator.
Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive the tracking number and estimated delivery date on your e-mail.
Order Modifications
You may modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by sending an e-mail with your order confirmation number and your order modification:
We cannot make modifications to your order once it has been dispatched. A return modification for size/color/style is possible within 1 day of receiving your item.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy only applies within 72 hours of the payment. Any orders cancelled after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
We accept returns sent back to our head office within 14 days of receiving your order.
For a return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not sure on how to return an item please contact and we will do our best to assist you with the process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum of 7 business days.
Exchanges
Items that were delivered to you in a damaged state will be exchanged to you immediately, free of charge.
Items under the same price may be exchanged with additional shipping costs.
